Shipping Policy
ToyTerra ships its products to all parts of India, with a few exceptions. Orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped on the same day, and the rest within 24 hrs of the time of order, whichever is closer(except for Sundays and holidays). We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays or Regional Holidays that fall around the warehouse the product is being shipped from.
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other National/ Sate holidays). The delivery date provided in the order confirmation email are tentative and may vary depending on the shipment address.
ToyTerra tries to provide the best customer experience possible by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated. However, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and unforeseeable logistics challenges beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
ToyTerra will mail and SMS the name of the courier company and the tracking ID of your consignment on the registered email address and mobile number. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Can you deliver my order outside India?
Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India. Customers can however make their purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and many other countries, however, it must be ensured the delivery address is in India.
What will happen if the delivery person arrives when I am not home?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package multiple times before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a smooth delivery.

Return Policy
ToyTerra offers an option to return any product purchased by us, within 24 hours of delivery. However, the possibility to return is subject to certain conditions :-
1. Used product- If the product received is not in its original condition or appears to be in a used state.
2. Damaged/ Defective product- In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will replace it. For complaints on defective products, an email or a message (WhatsApp) has to be sent from the customer notifying us of the defect in the product. The customer will have to furnish us with images and videos to validate the claim. The email has to be sent to toyterra3@gmail.com.Without this step, a claim for a defective product will not be accepted by ToyTerra.
3. Wrong product- If the product received by the customer doesn’t match the product originally ordered, in such a case the customer can request a return for the same.
Please Note– the shipping cost for any return has to be borne by the customer.
CANCELLATION: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE TOYTERRA WILL ALLOW CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER ONCE THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE.
